Online Nutrition Coach in Brisbane: How It Works and Who It's For
If you're thinking about working with a nutrition coach but you're not sure how online coaching actually works, this one's for you. I'm a Brisbane-based coach, I run everything online for clients across Australia, and I also take a small number of in-person clients here in Brisbane. Here's how it all works, and who it's genuinely a good fit for.

I'm a Brisbane-based coach, I run everything online for clients across Australia, and I also take a small number of in-person clients here in Brisbane. Here's how it all works, and who it's genuinely a good fit for.
What are the coaching options?
There are two ways to work with me.
The first is the fully online 12-week program. You get an initial consult, a plan for both your nutrition and your training, everything loaded into an app, weekly check-ins, and recorded video feedback from me each week.
The second is hybrid coaching, for people who want some face-to-face contact. It's the full online program plus either six personal training sessions if you're local to Brisbane, or six video calls for nutrition counselling if you're not.
Why choose online coaching over a local gym PT?
A couple of reasons come up again and again.
The straightforward one is time. A lot of the women I work with are flat out and simply can't schedule another standing appointment into the week. Or they already know their way around the gym and their nutrition is decent, they just want real expertise layered over the top. Proper accountability, and the strategic gym programming I do, which is where a lot of the results come from.
The other reason is quieter, and I understand it because I'm the same. Some women are introverted. They'd rather do things on their own, at their own pace, without the pressure of someone watching over them or the worry of being judged. Online coaching lets you do the work without having to front up and perform for anyone. After the initial consult, you can get on with it privately, with me in your corner the whole way.
What does a week of coaching actually look like?
It's simpler than most people expect.
On a Monday, you do a five-minute check-in. You fill in a short form telling me whatever you think I need to know, take your measurements, progress photos and scale weight, then get on with your day. By Monday afternoon or evening, you get a video back from me. I answer your questions, check where you're at against your individual plan, give you guidance, and push you where you need pushing.
Through the week, you track your food to your own specific targets, which look different for everyone, and
you log your gym sessions in the app. Anything comes up, you message me. That's it.
If you're on the hybrid program, you also get additional fortnightly in-person PT sessions or face-to-face video calls.
Who is this for, and who is it not for?
I'll be honest, because it saves us both time.
This is for ambitious, successful, self-aware women who value learning and are ready to own their results. If that's you, we'll get on well.
It's not for people who don't stick at hard things. It's not for anyone chasing woo-woo over evidence. And it's not for the victim-mentality types who want someone else to blame. I coach on science, and I expect you to show up. That's the deal, and it's why it works.
Where are you based in Brisbane?
I work out of World Gym Stafford. If you want in-person PT, you'll need to be happy training there. If you're not a member, there's a small casual entry fee of around $10 a session.
Everything else I do is online, so wherever you are in Brisbane, in Australia, or honestly anywhere in the world, we can work together.
Ready to see if we're a fit?
The best next step is a quick chat. No pressure, no hard sell. If I think I can help, I'll tell you exactly how. If I don't think we're a fit, I'll tell you that too.
