Hi, I’m Kerryn!

I’m a qualified nutritionist and personal trainer based in Brisbane and I work with women who are smart, capable, and completely over not being able to crack this one thing.

You’ve probably tried most of the things. You know more about nutrition than most people. And still, something isn’t clicking. That gap between knowing what to do and actually being the person who does it… that’s exactly what I work on with my clients.

No fad diets. No generic plans. Just an approach that’s built entirely around you.

My signature 12-week program. We work together on nutrition, training, and the mindset shifts that make it stick - with regular face-to-face or virtual sessions built in so nothing falls through the cracks.

Online Coaching

My fully online program. Ideal if you're not in Brisbane, time-poor, or simply prefer to work remotely - with everything you need to get real results without the face-to-face component.
