I’ve Been Where You Are
I spent years being obsessed with my body and getting nowhere. I tried the diets. I did the cardio. I tracked, restricted, and started over more times than I can count.
What changed wasn’t finding the ‘right’ diet. It was understanding how my body actually works, and building the habits and identity that made healthy feel like my default, not a constant effort.
That shift took me from yo-yo dieting to standing on a bodybuilding stage. It’s the same shift I help my clients make - whether their goal is a competition, a wedding, losing 20kg, or simply feeling like themselves again.

It starts with you, not a template.
I don’t have a one-size-fits-all plan. Every client I work with gets a program built specifically around their goals, their lifestyle, and how they actually live - not how they wish they lived.

Nutrition + training + mindset.
Most programs address one of these. The ones that work address all three. I’ve seen clients who had perfect nutrition plans fail because the mindset piece wasn’t there. I’ve seen the reverse too. We work on the whole picture.

Evidence-based. Always.
I'm a qualified and NCA Registered Nutritionist, with a Masters in Sports Nutrition underway. You’ll never hear me recommend something I can’t back up. No detoxes, no miracle supplements, no shortcuts that aren’t real.
What Success Actually Looks Like
A lot of my clients come to me wanting to lose weight.
And they do.
My goal with every client is to help them shift from ‘I want to lose weight’ to ‘I am a healthy person and I don’t have to make an effort to be this way.’ When that shift happens, the results take care of themselves.
